Interesting construction and aesthetic; seems rather flexible and robust for the purposes of transliteration too. The only problem I see is the difference between the aspirated and unaspirated bilabial plosive is a single serif.

Sigil is par for the course from Ian...He has a tendancy to create intricate and complicated scripts that, to me, seem bulky and not very user-friendly.
