I check it every day.
But as you may have noticed, on this board (not necessarily others), it appears I have developed the habit of replying, but not of starting threads.
So I add activity to most threads others are active on, but I don't much generate activity when no-one else is active.

I come around periodically, and try to reply to posts, but unless there is something to respond to that I feel proficient to respond to, then I generally keep quiet.
