That's Tengwar for Klingon. ;) Boredom + rainy day = creative fun. As you can see, there are quite a few more graphemes than needed for Klingon. Apparently, a famous Klingon saying, I think it looks weird in Tengwar.

Ooooookayyyyyy.... Not something I would ever have thought of doing, but good job. Klingon and tengwar are not things I would have thought go together.

Yeah. I guess.

Well, the Klingons and Elves (and especially Klingon and Elvish - Quenya or Sindarin) are very far different - Elvish sounds quite pleasant, whereas Klingon is extremely harsh.
