This is a conversation about a book?About the conworld in a book, yes.
But without the book, is there a conworld to discuss? If not, then it's a conversation about a book that happens to be have a conworld in it, and not a conworld.
And even then, you can't reasonably start a conversation asking about a conworld in a book, without first asking if anyone has heard of the book, or read it.
I never heard of it before you posted your rather general question, and I can't see myself purchasing it anytime soon.
