I think it's a creative idea, but I'm not sure why anyone would want to undo the beauty that is the featural system of Hangul...
...and I'm not very fond of the vowels. I think she could have made something a bit more elegant for those.
Not bad for an altscript for Korean though.

I just can't get too excited about ciphers for the alphabetum latinum anymore.
